Once I’ve seen the space, I prepare a clear, itemised quote — no vague numbers, no hidden extras, no surprises. You’ll also receive a realistic timeline and a breakdown of the work involved.
Before work begins, we confirm materials, fixtures, finishes, delivery dates, and access arrangements. I coordinate everything needed to keep the project running smoothly. If other trades are required, I manage them — so you don’t have to.
This is where the real work happens. You can expect reliable scheduling, clean and tidy working practices, careful protection of your home, clear communication throughout, and craftsmanship at every stage.
Once the work is finished, we walk through the space together. I check every detail, make sure everything is functioning as it should, and ensure you’re completely happy with the result. You’ll receive care instructions and any relevant documentation.
