About Me

I’m Jeremy, the owner and operator of HOTR Ltd. I began working as a sole trader in 2003 and incorporated HOTR Ltd in 2023. Before moving full‑time into construction, I spent several years in aerospace engineering, working across a broad range of disciplines — including structural work — and supporting projects in a number of different countries. That experience shaped my approach to precision, planning and problem‑solving, and those same principles now guide every building project I take on. Over the past two decades I’ve completed more than 90 domestic projects, from major structural renovations to full new‑build homes. Today I specialise in high‑quality kitchen and bathroom installations, supported by all the associated building work needed to deliver a complete, well‑managed project from start to finish.

What is HOTR?

HOTR stands for House on the Rock — a name inspired by the idea that anything built to last must start with a solid foundation. That principle guides everything I do: in my work, in my business, and in the relationships I build with customers.
